Marine Ambulance
We operate the State of Washington licensed ambulance SJC Sheriff’s P/V Guardian which allows for a robust and flexible response capability to our many outer islands and the waterways of the county.
We have increased our capabilities through:
- Responders Certified as Marine Rescue Technicians
- Augmented night vision system
- EPIRB
- Emergency automatic life raft system
- Modification of boat interior to allow for two patients to be transported simultaneously
- Enhanced patient care lighting and storage
- Patient and crew safety equipment
