Dr. Michael Sullivan
Dr. Michael Sullivan is an accomplished emergency physician, EMS educator and flight surgeon. Dr. Sullivan is Boarded in Emergency Medicine and is a Fellow of the American College of Emergency Physicians. He oversees all San Juan County EMS and air ambulance medical operations and patient care.

Ben Waldron
Ben was born and raised on San Juan Island, and he joined San Juan EMS in 2007. Ben gained his EMT training as a Navy Diver, additionally receiving his National Registry designation. Kaitlyn Johnson
After finishing college on the east coast, Kaitlyn moved out to San Juan Island to enjoy a summer with a childhood friend. About three years later she decided to join a fall EMT class in Friday Harbor. Not knowing that she would enjoy it so much, her life has spun in a new direction from a BA in photography to hopes of becoming a more integrated part of the San Juan Island Aid Unit. Chief Jim Cole
Chief Jim Cole began his EMS career while attending Kent State University in 1984, completing his BS in Community Health Education, while simultaneously attended paramedic school in Akron, OH. He earned top honors and became one of the youngest paramedics in the State of Ohio. Cady Davies
Cady first became an EMT in 1998. At that time, she had been working at the Spring Street School (SSS) where her two daughters were attending school.
