Dr. George Foster
Dr. George Foster is the Hospital District’s newest Commissioner, replacing long-running Randi Dooley Park. Dr. Foster is a retired Board Certified Pediatric Surgeon with extensive hospital expereince.
Lenore Bayuk
Lenore is committed to providing this community with a high standard of healthcare at all levels. She was elected Commissioner and joined the Board in 2004. She is currently the Chairperson for the Board. She welcomes conversation from the community.
Dr. J. Michael Edwards
Dr. J. Michael Edwards is a unique asset to the EMS District. He has earned doctorates in both dentistry and medicine with honors and is a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons. He recently retired after a long career as an Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon.
Michael Roger, Esq.
Michael Roger is our newest elected commissioner. He is a practicing lawyer and a very active community member holding board position with the San Juan Community Hospital Committee.
Keri Talbott
I’ve worked for the Town of Friday Harbor in the finance office for over five years and love my job. I have tons of interaction with the public and work with a great crew. I volunteer with the Town Fire Department along with my husband; and when we aren’t volunteering or working- we love to golf and read. It is very exciting to be working our EMS crew and Hospital staff. It’s a wonderful opportunity and I’m look forward to the challenge of learning.
