Lainey is a long-time islander and EMT with EMS. In her youth she assisted her physician father, in the Flying Samaritans programs in third world countries, she became certified as an EMT.
Lainey leads our efforts in injury and accident education and prevention here at EMS. She has received numerous awards for her efforts in heading up our public education campaign, teaching thousands in CPR and first aid, and coordinating our car seat and helmet program. In her spare time, she enjoys sailing, flying and spending time with her children and grandchildren.
