Deanna has lived in Friday Harbor for 23 years. She joined San Juan Island EMS in 2005, and is passionate about being a EMT and serving her community. Since becoming an EMT, Deanna has responded to over 300 calls yearly. She was Rookie of the year in 2006 and EMT of the Year in 2007. Deanna has also served as Vice President and Secretary for the EMT Association. Deanna lives in Friday Harbor with her husband of 22 years and her four children.
Deanna also serves as our Transport Officer, coordinating the scheduled non-emergency transportation needs of the agency.
