The File of Life Kit is again available here on San Juan Island, thanks to the San Juan Lions Club and the San Juan Leo Club. Each kit contains a refrigerator pouch and a wallett pouch with the forms to record your medical history, medications, allergies, physician and emergency contact information. There is also a sticker to place on your main entry door if you wish. A $5 donation to the San Juan Lions Foundation is suggested.
