August EMT of the Month

Francis Smith is a senior EMT. He has been with the agency for 12 years, and was a District 3 fire captain for 17 years. Smith is currently organizing a cardiac event response team of Cape San Juan and Cattle Point residents who have completed the CPR/AED course through San Juan Island EMS. We proudly recognize Francis and time he has dedicated to gathering the “Southenders”.  Francis and his wife, Rebecca, a retired EMT, are avid yachties, travel trailer rats, and birders.
