Save a life!
The new CPR guidelines are now available, and it turns out that simple is best.
The recommendation for non-professional rescuers is to do CPR with your hands only. That means that there is no longer the need to give mouth to mouth.
The process is simple:
1. Have someone call 9-1-1, or call it yourself.
2. Push hard and fast in the center of the chest until help arrives.
